Thank you for helping us by participating in the concession stand this year!
The concession stand is located in the clubhouse by the Majors Baseball Field.
Each family will fulfill their volunteer obligation by working one (1) shift in the Concession Stand during each season. Families who only have players registered to our Rookie (Intro to Tee Ball) division will have their volunteer deposits refunded before the season as these families will not have to meet a volunteer obligation.

Guidelines:
- MLL will send an email to all registered families at the beginning of the season with instructions on how to sign-up for your shift. (Ensure you are subscribed to MLL's emails and check this page for when sign-up information is communicated).
- Please report to the stand that you selected about 10 minutes prior to your scheduled start time.
- Please sign-in on the sign in sheet when you arrive at the stand. The sign up sheet will be used to record your were present for your shift to issue your volunteer deposit refund.
- Once you work your shift, the League will issue your volunteer deposit electronically back to your credit card you used to pay when you registered your player. If a refund cannot be issued electronically, a check will be sent to your mailing address in the system and may take longer than electronic reimbursement.
- Refunds will be issued according to the following timeline:
- If you work a shift between April 5, 2025 and May 3, 2025, your refund will be issued by May 10, 2025.
- If you work a shift between May 3, 2025 and the end of the season, your refund will be issued by June 30, 2025.
- If a schedule conflict arises with your selected shift, please find someone to work the time slot for you.
